The company was founded by Bob Harvey, a reasonably successful entrepreneur and real estate investor, and Scott Harvey, a reasonably successful mortgage lender, and before that, the founder of a reasonably successful computer services company. Bob lives in Tustin, CA, with his wife Marilyn, to whom he has been happily and proudly married for nearly 47 years. Scott and his wife Catherine and the world's cutest granddaughters live just down the freeway in Laguna Niguel, CA. Concerned with the high levels of personal debt, the lack of understanding of the importance of retirement planning and the society's general lack of understanding of basic finance and economic principles, our intent is to teach and assist people to understand and take control of their finances. Future projects will include teaching junior high school and high school students the fundamentals of finance and economics, which they're certainly not getting now.
